Editor Review
The Good: This plan offers worldwide medical and evacuation coverage for U.S. citizens and foreign nationals coming to the States. Trips between five days and up to three years can be accommodated with continuous policy renewal for those age 65 and younger (over 65 limited to 12 months of coverage).
The Drawbacks: Coverage not available in all countries. Coverage limit for AD&D is relatively limited when compared to other plans. Waiver of pre-existing medical conditions is limited to U.S. and Canadian residents only and reduced plan limits apply.
The Bottom Line: Comprehensive annual major medical insurance for U.S. citizens traveling outside their home country and foreign nationals visiting the U.S.
